I bring a communication-based skill and understanding of the importance of people and relationships through my professional career both on and off the field. Companies and business are based on partnerships you develop and view as important in your everyday life. I still talk to many teammates, co-workers, coaches, and associates that have truly helped me develop and get to where I am today. I utilize these important times with people that I have an interest in working with and adding extra value on strengths-based coaching.
