Nazaret es coach de Gallup Strengths desde agosto 2016.

Cuenta con más de dos años de experiencia como coach interno de Strengthsfinder en grandes corporaciones internacionales. Ha ayudado a más de 200 personas y equipos a descubrir sus fortalezas y aprovecharlas para colaborar mejor y alcanzar sus objetivos de negocio.

Su especialidad es asesorar a empresas y organizaciones sobre cómo implantar los enfoques de Strengthsfinder. Nazaret les ayuda a:

* Cambiar la forma de trabajar de sus equipos, basándose más en sus fortalezas y menos en sus debilidades.

* Conseguir que esta nueva forma de interactuar se convierta en algo normal y cotidiano.

* Aplicar este nuevo enfoque al trabajo y al negocio real del día a día.

* Prever el impacto que Strengthsfinder puede tener en otros procesos de RRHH (desarrollo, evaluación del desempeño, selección interna y externa, etc.) potencialmente.

Nazaret realiza también sesiones de Strengthsfinder individuales o en equipo. Está basada en Madrid (España).

Nazaret is a certified StrengthsFinder coach since August 2016. She has helped over 200 people discover their strengths and their team colleagues’ strengths. Together, they craft a new enduring way of working that brings better performance and higher mutual appreciation to the team.

Her expertise is on helping corporations embed Strengths-oriented approaches into their business-as-usual practices.

She also conducts team sessions which take participants through a little journey. It all starts with self-discovery: your colleagues will help you realize what makes you unique and talented. Then you discover your colleague’s strengths and how you can best rely on each other’s strengths. And finally, the team applies what they have discovered to a real business situation.
