Julia loves to join the dots for people — making meaningful connections that help them grow. She is big on integrity — not just in the sense of honesty, but also regarding fitting pieces together to create a whole. In her various roles with Strategic Coach® since 1997 — as the coaches' coach, program designer, team leader, and Unique Ability coach, she’s passionate about creating systems that help people express their natural talents and strengths, all while maximizing the efficiency of the overall system.
In her early days at Coach, Julia could see that her skills for documenting and honing processes were missing in the start-up phase of the company. She looked around at what she felt was an incredible wealth of wisdom and began creating training systems so other coaches could reproduce the workshop experience.
Julia’s talent is also apparent in the evolution of The Unique Ability® Discovery Process. For over a decade, Julia has been having one-on-one Unique Ability® meetings with the company’s team members, helping them zero in on what they do best so they can be more productive and creative. The results have helped to maintain an uncommonly positive culture full of dynamic and engaged individuals.
Unique Ability also resonated so strongly with so many Program participants that they wanted to share it with their spouses, family, and friends. As a result, Julia and two other team members wrote Unique Ability®: Creating The Life You Want to reach a wider audience. It continues to be a bestseller a decade later.
The Unique Ability Discovery Session is a natural evolution of Julia’s Unique Ability. A lot of entrepreneurs already know they have a Unique Ability,
she says, but they just don’t have the words to describe clearly it. Once they have that, they have a boost of confidence and energy. It opens the door for exciting possibilities.
