I'm a teacher, instructional designer, and Strengths-Based coach, who loves to help students from all backgrounds achieve their goals. At Temple University, I work in the Non-Credit and Continuing Education department, designing and delivering professional development training programs on a broad range of topics, including emotional intelligence, communication skills, business writing, and online learning.

I offer a range of Strengths-Based coaching options through Temple University's Non-Credit and Continuing Education department. I work with individuals who are seeking further professional development - they might be looking to move upwards in their organization, refocus their career path, or simply feel more fulfilled in the job they currently have. I also work with corporate clients, leading workshops for teams and departments so that they can function as strong, interdependent and cohesive groups. I offer coaching sessions in person, via Skype and by phone - whatever works best for each client.

I love finding multiple entry points into materials for different students, whether I'm introducing them to working with their Strengths, leading professional development skills, or even teaching music history and theory, which I do in my spare time! Finding just the right way to guide a client or student to crack open the material for themselves, and make it truly meaningful, is the most satisfying part of what I do. My coaching approach centers around making the vocabulary and theory behind Strengths-Based approaches transparent, approachable, and truly individualized.
