Mark Heydt is the Chief Learning Officer and Founder of Game Plan Leader, LLC.
Over the last fifteen years, Mark has been designing, developing, and facilitating leadership development as a chief learning officer for large companies across several industries including two Fortune 500 companies and national branded organizations. With Game Plan Leader, he has leveraged that experience as a consultant assisting companies in elevating the leadership in their organizations.
As a certified coach through Gallup and the International Coaches Federation, Mark has experience coaching countless C-suite executives, divisional leaders, entrepreneurs, and middle managers. Mark also has completed training through CTI Coaches Training Institute and Zenger Folkman.
Mark is offering individual coaching, team coaching, and Clifton Strengthsfinder workshops for teams. He is most passionate about helping the next generation of leaders prepare to take the reins. He loves working with high potential leaders and high potential teams.
Mark has a B.S. in Marketing from Indiana University and a Masters in Organizational Development & Training from the University of Denver.
