Vinod Kumar Singh professional experience extends across an array of industries including Automobile, Pharmaceuticals and FMCG. He has more than 2 decades of experience in Human Resources function and over the last 12 years has held management roles with leading organisation including Ranbaxy, Goodyear Tyres and Bunge. Vinod is currently working as Vice President - Human Resources (Asia Pacific) for GKN Driveline, concentrating on helping leaders making insightful decisions about people through the identification, assessment and recruitment of the talented functional and business leaders and leading change through people. He was awarded "100 Top HR MINDS - INDIA" by World HRD Congress in the year 2018.

He specializes in leadership development, employee engagement, change management and culture building. He has dedicated himself to helping leaders create meaning in their own lives and in their organisations, which resulted in motivated employees, customer commitment and improved bottom-line performance.

Vinod holds a Bachelor degree with major in Geography from University of Delhi and has Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Planning and Management, Delhi. His accreditations include: MBTI | THOMAS ASSESSMENT - PPA, TST & TAS |
