After 3 years of medical practice, I have ultimately discovered my passion in helping people grow and transform by facilitating their insight using several methodologies where I has changed my career path and has been working as an “executive and leadership coach” for 3 years. The focus of my coaching practice is on middle to senior executives, partnering with them on their leadership developmental journey. My own expertise includes brain-based plus Strengths-based coaching, positive psychology, emotional intelligence (EQ), and Enneagram. I have had more than 2,000 hours of coaching experience with leaders from several industries both locally and multi nationally.
