Danielle has worked as a University administrator, career coach, and facilitator in higher education for over 10 years. She focuses on developing teams and empowering individuals to recognize talents and build upon strengths to maximize their full potential. She designs and implements custom leadership programs, professional development retreats, and training curricula for groups ranging from small teams to large departments. Danielle's involvement in regional and national organizations allows her to present work to colleagues and peer institutions across the country and pursue her passion to serve as a mentor to aspiring professionals and underrepresented students.
In addition to her Gallup Strengths Coach certification, Danielle received advanced training and certification in selected areas of diversity and social justice through the Administrator’s Cultural Training Institute at New York University and earned a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and Student Personnel from Kent State University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Journalism, and Speech Communication from Ashland University.
