Isaac has been actively engaged with Strengths since 2011. He has conducted numerous Strengths presentations around the country, which were focused on many areas, such as: introducing people to Strengths and its positive psychology foundation, diversity and difference, professional and personal development, and leadership development. He has also coached individuals and teams within several organizations at multiple higher education institutions.

Isaac has always been driven by the potential he sees in others. He is also passionate about social justice issues related to access, equity, ally-ship, and intercultural competency. Isaac continues to leverage the resources offered by CliftonStrengths in ongoing reflective work that leads to understanding, acceptance, and empowerment for himself and for others. His love of the unique characteristics each person possesses, his care for others and how they experience the world, and his desire to see people thrive motivates him to engage the world around him with and through his Strengths. This is what fuels his passion to encourage others on their journey toward naming, claiming, and aiming their talent themes and Strengths.
