I am the Director of Work Practice for the Cameron School of Business, UNC Wilmington, with over 18 years of experience working in post-secondary education career services and over a decade of experience with CliftonStrengths. My talent themes are: Responsibility, Maximizer, Individualization and Connectedness. Prior to UNCW Cameron School of Business, I held the position of Assistant Director of Career Services for the Love School of Business at Elon University. I received an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University and an MBA from Elon University. My most recent CliftonStrengths accomplishment was to incorporate CliftonStrengths into required UNC Wilmington business courses and as a result, I coach students and co-workers on an individual basis as requested. My theme of Connectedness has always made me aware of the how we work together to create something much larger than ourselves!
