Dr. Anthony Altieri is focused on helping individuals and teams reach their potential and eliminate obstacles that may hinder progress. As a lifelong educator, he is committed to the holistic development of people, enhancing leadership ability, exploring opportunities for growth, and building high functioning teams. Clifton Strengths has provided a solid foundation to assist his clients in reaching their goals and exceeding personal expectations. Altieri works as a university administrator and has coached a number of students and professionals at varying levels of personal/professional development.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Altieri experienced the benefits of Clifton Strengths during his collegiate years. This early exposure solidified the purpose behind his life's work and helped him understand himself and the themes that guided his journey of self-authorship. Today, Altieri resides in beautiful South Florida and focuses his energy on helping others learn, grow, and understand the lens from which they experience life.
Altieri earned a B.A. in Sociology from St. John Fisher College (Rochester, NY), a M.S. in Student Affairs Administration from Canisius College (Buffalo, NY), an MBA from Lynn University (Boca Raton, FL) and a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Florida. Outside of his professional life, Altieri is an engaged citizen within his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Oncology Support Team at St. Mary's Hospital (West Palm Beach, FL) as well as the Education and Youth Advisory Board for the City of Boynton Beach, FL.
In his spare time, Altieri enjoys time with his wife and children, being a musician, and exploring ways to continue learning and growing as a person. He resides in South Florida but is available to coach, train, or consult with anyone who is ready to engage in a journey of self-discovery and growth regardless of location.
