Dr. Fahmy has over 20 years of experience in Learning and Organization Development, both as an external consultant and an internal leader.

She has been the Chief Learning Officer at the University of California, San Francisco for over eight years, where she consults with and coaches leaders, as well as leads all Learning and Organization Development functions.
Her prior internal roles include Organization Development Manager at Genentech, where she managed the Executive Coaching function.
As an independent consultant, she coached executives in Fortune 500 organizations, government and education. She also facilitated strategic business planning and led many executive teams in implementing successful organization transformations.
