He is an Executive Coach with clients around the globe, an experienced facilitator, collaboration advocate, and highly skilled in adult learning principles which helps him customize workshops to help you and your teams on your Strengths journey.
Larry is 20-year USAF veteran with a Master of Science in Organization Development and Strategic Human Resources from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. He was previously faculty at Hopkins at the graduate level and is currently Georgetown University faculty in the Organizational Consulting and Change Leadership graduate certificate program.
