Justyn So

Hi everyone!  

My name is Justyn So, you can call me Justyn.  

I am on a passionate mission to develop human potential. It is my goal to serve and support others to develop people from strengths to strengths. My vision is to witness people, as many as possible, realizing their potential, developing their inherent talent and achieving success in life; in their own unique way.  

For the past 16 years (and counting), I have been working in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry.  

Being a sales representative for 7 years, I have serviced different customer segments such hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and laboratories in both public and private sectors.  

My other experience in the industry include the role as a sales manager for 5 years and dabbled in marketing, supply chain, finance, human resource, compliance and audit etc.  

I have been a training manager for the past 5 years. My role gives me the opportunity to touch human potential in Malaysia, Singapore and other countries in the region. The knowledge and experience I gain in the different aspects of the business makes me a better and relevant trainer, facilitator and coach. These exposure also enhance my effectiveness in collaborating with colleagues from different functions of the business such as sales, marketing, medical and finance. I work closely with Human Resource in developing and executing learning and development programs for the organization.  

I am fluent in English and Malay languages and is able to hold conversations in Mandarin and some other dialects in Chinese.  

Being a parent for almost 9 years now, it adds a personal dimension to my mission in life.
