Recently retired after serving 20 years in local government, 16 years as the elected officeholder, I am thrilled to be sharing Strengths based development with my clients. I am strongly in favor of personal development and growth using a coach - in fact, I hired a coach early on in my career and it drastically improved my personal and professional life.
