Dr. Cheryl D. Lovell has over 30 years of experience in senior and executive leadership positions within higher education and postsecondary public policy environments. Working from a servant-based leadership framework, Cheryl always strives to bring out the best in her colleagues and takes their professional and personal development seriously.

As a university president, Cheryl was instrumental in leading a health science-focused university to expand its curricular offerings, increased enrollments, added new degrees and programs, increased diversity by over 200%, and ensured high national licensure exam pass rates as well as outstanding placements of their graduates.
