Susan’s career spans Hong Kong, Asia Pacific, and London/Europe, giving her an in-depth knowledge of the challenges facing leaders in the international business climate with regional responsibilities, matrix reporting structures and diverse teams.
As an executive coach and facilitator of group workshops she takes a Strengths-based approach in order to help individuals leverage their strengths to achieve their leadership potential by maximizing effectiveness and honing influencing skills. Her perceptive and thought-provoking coaching style enables people to make pivotal changes to their thinking and behaviours to bring about a positive effect on their performance, their teams and their organisation.
Susan works with clients to design and contribute to
off-sites or development-focused workshops with a Strengths base that are tailored to the grouping such as regional, divisional, team or the senior leadership team. Susan has also designed and co-facilitated tailored a number of Leadership Development programs for organisations which include: Creating High Performance Teams; Coaching Skills for Leaders; Leading in a Multi-Generational Workforce; Positive Leadership; and Managing Change Communication.
Having worked in the corporate environment for more than 30 years, Susan draws on her professional experience in the industries of investment banking, technology services, service & hospitality, retail, engineering & construction, and across the private and public sectors.
Susan has been living in Hong Kong for 21 years, and is an active member of the coaching community and is a founder member of the Hong Kong chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFHK).
