Corinne Tucker

I am a Director and Consultant for BTS, in the Leadership & Management Practice, based in Paris. I am responsible for managing, designing and delivering solutions for global clients.

I crafted my experience in the field of human resources and talent development over the last 20 years. I started and developed my career in the high-tech industry where I held human resources business partner roles for Sales and R&D functions, before leading a small multi-cultural team to focus on talent & leadership development across EMEA regions and functions.

I joined BTS in 2012 and since have broaden my knowledge of expertise and insights regarding a wide range of industries (pharmaceutical, high-tech, energy and mining) through consulting, designing and facilitating leadership and change programs, from entry-level leaders to senior leaders.

I am convinced that organizations are full of talented people, and face the challenge that a great deal of this potential remains untapped. I believe that to remain successful, happy and healthy, organizations and people need to utilize their full capabilities, willingness and intelligence (IQ & EQ). This drives my on-going desire to develop the leaders who will create environments for this to happen. Strengths coaching will allow me to do just this!
