I currently serve as a Health Educator for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention I have over 10 years' experience in government, adult learning, education, communications, marketing and public health. As a Gallup-Certified coach, I offer tailored coaching sessions that use the clients' strengths and coaching goals to solve problems, create wins, and give the client a better understanding of how his and her talents can be used to generate both individual and group success. I strive to provide a safe, confidential coaching environment where each person feels comfortable sharing his or her thoughts and feelings, and where discoveries can organically develop. By the end of each session, clients will walk away with actionable items and tools they can use to apply their strengths and enhance both their personal and professional development.
