Jennifer has over five years of experience working as an internal organizational development consultant for mid-sized media and online advertising firms.
During her tenure at both Cars.com and POLITICO, Jennifer has designed and managed HR systems and programs spanning the entire employee life cycle including: recruitment/selection, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University with a double major in Psychology and Spanish, and possesses a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
She believes that the key to personal and professional development is building self-awareness.
