Nancy Kroese

Nancy’s desire to see others reach their full potential has been evident in her three decades of teaching and coaching experience. She is intrigued with each person’s unique qualities. Nancy has the expertise to assist individuals, managers, and teams grow and develop their strengths. Nancy’s teaching experience spans junior high, high school, ESL students, college and adult learners. She also works with students and parents to help students find their best career options and use their strengths to enhance and become engaged in their profession.  

The secret to great teams is casting individual strengths so everyone is doing what they do well: because of Nancy’s keen observations, she can quickly understand how to help teams utilize individual strengths. Nancy excels in working with managers and their teams in order to assist them to work together and see the strengths and potential in others.  

Nancy specializes in Strengths Based Team Trainings, Workshops and Individual Coaching sessions with healthcare professionals, faculty and staff, sports teams, and student and parents. Nancy has a commitment to help others cultivate their talents and achieve their goals. She has an M.A. Degree in Mass Communication from Drake University and a B.A. in English, Journalism, and Education from Northwestern College. In addition to Gallup Certification as a Strength Coach, Nancy is certified in Myer-Briggs Personality Indicator, Emotive Rational Theory, and EQ-i.
