Saemi Hirota

Saemi has over 15 years of experience as a nurse. In 2008 she started taking coaching programs and became a professional coach in 2010 while continuing to work as a nurse.  

Since 2009 she has been studying Clifton StrengthsFinder and became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2014.  

Currently she provides clients with coaching services based on the combination of the development of one's strengths and personal foundation. Clients for one-on-one coaching are mostly executives of organizations as well as those in healthcare institutions. Besides one-on-one coaching, she travels to many cities in Japan to support personal development training, which another Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach is leading.  

Her professional goal is to support people to be successful in their own definitions by leveraging and maximizing their strengths. She also would like to spread the knowledge and effective use of Clifton StrengthsFinder to those who work in the medical field, helping them accept diversity and have higher self-esteem.
