She is able to establish connection and trust with leaders because of her Woo (Winning Others Over). Leaders have told her that she is able to relate to them in a deep level and understand their needs because of Empathy and Individualization. They have also said that she is able to make them discover the real root cause of their challenges. Her strengths in Individualization and Empathy also make her ask the right questions that will help the leaders understand themselves. She uses Connectedness to make them see the importance and impact of the action steps they need to take on their role as a leader. She is also able to connect all the information given to her about the situation of leader and make him find relevance to it. She uses Positivity to move forward with the most difficult situations by using the right words to encourage the leader to focus on what he needs to do. The successful results of coaching leaders has led to repeat business in organizations she has worked with.
