I thrive on the opportunity to get to know individuals, and how their strengths intersect and interact with all aspects of their lives. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I currently counsel students and recent alumni at the University of Colorado Boulder in career counseling. My natural inclination as a counselor is to focus on one's strengths and natural talents, and help individuals learn more about who they are and where they are headed.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I employ my background in counseling psychology, as well as my passion to help individuals find congruence between their natural talents and the current situation they are facing. Whether that is working with a manager, a team, or an individual looking to enrich their life, I use my natural talents of Empathy and Developer to coach and encourage others.
