About Rachel Gibson

My coaching philosophy is to bring an open-minded, curious approach to enable a meaningful, genuine conversation about who you are as a unique person and how you can leverage that to live your best life.

A bit more about me:

The power and possibility of education is what drew me to the field of higher education. After earning an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters in Higher Education Administration, I have spent the past 10 years working with students, staff, faculty, and administrators at large research, mid-sized urban, and small private universities to empower students to discover and reach their goals while helping institutions create programs to support them in their journey. With a special emphasis in career development, academic advising, and pre-health advising, I have coached individuals one-on-one, managed programs from 10-200 in size, and taught classes ranging from small discussion based to large lecture style.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy time with my spouse and two young children, training for half marathons, and watching documentaries.
