I'm Eline Meijer, I've always been passionate about people and interaction between people.
With my background as a psychologist and the add on as a certified strength coach, I believe I really found my purpose in helping people and companies help reach their full potential.
As a maximizer, I'm absolutely passionate about helping individuals, managers and leadership teams become the best version of themselves.
I worked as an operational manager for a couple of years, which makes it easy for me to understand what managers and companies deal with on an everyday basis.
I truly believe the strengths approach is the route to success. Whatever success means to you, your strengths will guide you there.
I'm fascinated by diversity because of my individualization strength and I believe I'm able to help different individuals work together in a very positive, engaged and productive way.
Currently I'm implementing a strength based way of working in a company with around 400 employee's and it's truly amazing to see the difference this approach can make and the impact working with strengths can have.
