Mr. Eguchi graduated from the Health Sciences University of Hokkaido in 1985 with a Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical Sciences. While working for a global a pharmaceutical manufacturing company as a sales manager, he has been learning coaching since 2005 via the coaching programs approved by the International Coach Federation. Currently he also works as an internal coach for his company as well as independent coach.
The learning and experiences he gained though coaching others brought him various insights towards managing his sales team. He believes that the Strength-based coaching and facilitation skills he learned are greatest ways that he can contribute to his professional and personal life. He truly enjoys supporting clients’ achieving their goals. His strengths as a coach are; 1) developing and sharing skills of managing effective meetings, 2) strengths-based team building, and 3) leadership.
