LU Chentong is one of the first batch Gallup Strengths Coaches from the Mainland China who have taken the studying courses and achieved official certification, she is also one of the founders for the Strengths & Leadership Development Institute in China.  

She helps the clients to create awareness, explore the future successes and dreams, stimulate the customer with the inner excellence and curiosity, empower relationships, explore effective strategies and actions to achieve goals that help everyone become better themselves. She has used the Gallup Strengths Coaching System for a number of well-known enterprises and executives for 1: 1 coaches and team coaching services, also has served as the strengths promoters, make a public share with nearly 1,000 people how to promote personal growth based on the development potential.  

She has been experienced in the areas of HR, Consulting, and Operating for many years, could be combined with the actual challenges / Targets, to promote to achieve the goal.
