I began my professional coaching career in 2012. What began as a technology integration coaching role quickly expanded to include coaching teachers' instructional practices in the K-12 classroom, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives across departments, and professional development for district level administrators. My background as an educator positions me as an engaging presenter and experienced content curator. I became a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach in the spring of 2015.
Strengths Development has been a CATALYST in my own career and life. I am empowered to spark this progress in the life of others!
