Joanne Principe is the founder of Purposeful Coaching, LLC, a coaching and consulting practice based in New York City. Service offerings include customized workshops for executives, management and teams as well as one-on-one, couples, siblings and parental coaching. She is a passionate people and organizational culture developer. She is enthusiastic about changing lives through increased engagement and productivity derived from self-awareness tools and techniques. In addition, she has had experience with community development institutions, faith-based organizations, intermediate / high schools and non-profits. Presently, she is in pursuit of her Doctorate (DM) degree in Management for Organizational Leadership.
