About Jennifer Thibault

Jennifer’s passion is to help others thrive. She also believes that when an amazing discovery is made, it must be shared. Thus, when Jennifer took the Clifton StrengthsFinder as part of Gallup’s employee onboarding, she knew immediately that she wanted to help others also uncover their strengths and passions.

Are you unsure if what you are doing professionally is really the right fit for you? Are you unclear about your next move or not feeling energized at work or personally? Would you like some help and direction in these areas? Using Gallup’s StrengthsFinder as a guide, Jennifer works with individuals, groups, and teams to identify and use strengths to answer some of these tough questions. The good news is that according to Gallup research, people who do focus on their strengths every day are six times as likely to be engaged in their jobs. They are more productive too, both individually and in teams. And they are more than three times as likely to say they have an excellent quality of life. With only approximately 30% of the U.S. workforce engaged in their work, it’s easy to see how hard it is to do it on our own. Jennifer would like to be your co-pilot, coach, and accountability partner.

Whether as a coach or workshop facilitator, Jennifer ensures that conversations are substantive and tailored to your goals and needs. Jennifer enjoys coaching individuals, teams, and managers, and is available for in-person work in Southern California. Her top five are (in order) Individualization, Learner, Achiever, Woo, and Positivity.

Jennifer currently works as a Consulting Specialist at Gallup in Irvine, CA, but lives in Los Angeles. She began her career abroad as a Fulbright scholar in Germany and has had a varied path with job experience in the fields of education, non-profit, research, technology, and consulting. Having worked in Germany and then in Thailand as a Peace Corps volunteer, she is very comfortable and experienced in cross-cultural workplaces.

Jennifer earned her BA from Boston College and is proficient in both German and Thai.
