DEL had a 28+ year, deeply fulfilling and engaged career as a senior executive with Johnson & Johnson (J&J). At J&J, he had a proven track record in sales, marketing, and managed markets and led large teams leaving a legacy of people development. He leveraged Gallup's Strength Finder and Q12 tools across J&J in succession planning, team building, individual career development, and to innovatively enhance external customer engagement. DEL excels in group settings from a training perspective and is a highly energetic public speaker.
DEL is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach and also completed Gallup's initial Coaching Entrepreneurial Talents train-the-trainers program and the use of Gallup's BP10 in coaching. He is also an established professional in the music industry, a Vice President on the board of the nationally-renown public school - Philadelphia Central High, and informally/formally... coaches and mentors across a diverse group of people, industries, and areas of focus.
