I am passionate about impacting people's lives, and my life goal is to make a positive contribution to the world. I have been mentoring individuals who want to set up their businesses as well as individuals in their careers for more than eight years. I became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach last year and had organized strengths-based workshops together with other coaches for new graduates. These workshops help graduates recognize their strengths and unlock the greater potential to excel in their careers and in managing their professional relationships with others. To date, my colleagues and I have impacted more than 500 individuals through this strengths-based approach.
