About Erin Bentley

I am passionate about helping individuals deeply understand and develop their unique STRENGTHS, laying a foundation for STRATEGY that will guide them to SUCCESS.

In 2014, I began my Clifton StrengthsFinder training working as an executive business consultant, culture strategist, Strengths coach, and lead trainer and curriculum developer for a Gallup Certified Company. I am a teacher at heart, and have spent the past 24 years educating, managing and leading people of all ages. Raised in Boise Idaho, I dream of one day living in Ireland. I love to travel, the outdoors, my family, helping others find their power within, and a Jamison neat- and not necessarily in that particular order.

My ultimate desire is for everyone to define their success in life by understanding and operating from a place true to their authentic self. I believe CliftonStrengths is the best tool to achieve this goal.
