About Colleen Patricia Ramos

Dr. Colleen Ramos has worked as an administrator, academic coach, and professor in the field of higher education for many years. Colleen has also consults with The Boys and Girls Clubs, helping members to uncover their innate talents as the complete high school and prepare for college.  

Dr. Ramos focuses on helping individuals, teams, and organizations uncover their talents in order to hone their strengths while maximizing their knowledge, skills, and experience, to successfully build strengths-based organizations. A major element of the strengths-based organization is the understanding that human resources are what makes an organization unique. An organization that develops the strengths of individuals and teams will achieve excellence through the human glue that connects each person to another and every complimentary strength towards success. 

Dr. Ramos works with business leaders and organizations that recognize the importance of engaging employees and unlocking human potential. She has introduced the concept of strengths-based nontraditional programs in Oregon, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. She earned her doctorate from Barry University. Dr. Ramos is certified in the field of Emotional Intelligence, as well as Appreciative Inquiry.
