Patricia is a Brazilian who lives in Panama and works for a global company based in the US. She studied Languages and Literature at Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil), and Philosophy in Rome (Italy). She has a passion for people development and loves to play a role in people's growth, providing her services in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Since 2001, Patricia has been working at Caterpillar, supporting its dealers from North, Central and South America to invest in their most valuable asset: their people. In 2009 she co-founded Caterpillar Toastmasters Club, the first Toastmasters Club in Panama. In 2011 she was certified by Human Capital Institute (HCI) as a Human Capital Strategist.
In 2010, Patricia discovered StrengthsFinder and in 2014 she was certified as a Gallup-Cerified Strengths Coach, becoming the first such Coach in Panama. She currently provides strengths coaching to Caterpillar and its dealers. Patricia strongly believes that a strengths-based culture can contribute to building a better world, so she spreads the word among her friends and in her community.
