Ms. Chio Yee Ming is the Director and Principal Consultant of HR Strengths Consultancy, which specializes in corporate training and professional consultation services. She provides strategic HR advisory and consulting services to corporations and community services in the area of talent management, human capital management and change management. Yee Ming has more than 20 years of diverse training and consultancy experience in Human Resource Management, Training and Development and Family Life Education. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, she coaches professionals and executives in career planning and work transitions, time management and work/life balance. Her heartbeat is to leave a legacy through equipping individuals, strengthening families and transforming organizations.  

Yee Ming is a certified behavioral consultant in Inscape’s DiSC® technology, Dimensions of Leadership® profile, Team Dimensions® Profile. Besides a Degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, she also holds a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and a Diploma in Family Life Education.
