I am a first-generation college graduate, originally from the San Francisco Bay Area. I have a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Multicultural Education, as well as an MA in Education with an emphasis in Multicultural Counseling and Social Justice Education. I have a wide range of professional experience in academic settings (K-12, Community College, 4-Year, Graduate/Professional) working as an Academic Coach/Advisor/Counselor and Lecturer, as well as experience working in corporate settings (Advertising, Commercial Real Estate, etc.).
I take a person-centered approach to coaching and I'm very intentional about creating individualized coaching plans for the diverse needs of my clients.
I may coach on a variety of issues in a wide spectrum of industries, but no matter what the issue or industry is, my passion and commitment to facilitating positive change and growth within individuals and groups through talent and strengths development always leads to the well-being and success of my clients.
