Über Andrea B Wirgau

Highly engaging leadership educator with more than 13 years of post-secondary education experience. Uses expertise and professional acumen to guide programs and people along journeys of positive, professional growth through specialized moments of engagement.  

As Dean of Student Development at Aquinas College, Andie is responsible for Campus Life, Campus Safety, SSS/TRiO, Accessibility Services, Health & Wellness Services, Counseling, and judicial affairs.  

Andie is a fierce student advocate. Passionate about leadership development, providing training and coaching around Talent and Strengths development, employee and student engagement, mentoring, experiential education, and Title IX issues, Andie strives to enhance strengths-based communities.  

She is a mother, an outdoor enthusiast and avid reader of inspirational biographies.
