This helps her to engage very quickly with her clients and maximize their natural potential through Strengths-based development principles. She works with individuals to help them discover, intentionally develop and leverage their natural talents and strengths to reach personal and professional success.  

In addition to individual coaching, Renee also facilitates training and development workshops for leaders and teams using the Strengths approach, as well as various organizational development methodologies and assessment tools.  

Renee has over 20 years of experience as an HR executive working for both US and foreign-owned manufacturing organizations. For the last 12 years, she has worked closely with many different cultures, leading HR departments and project teams with direct reports from Germany, Italy, China, Mexico and Nicaragua.  

She is a certified Gallup Strengths coach, Harrison assessment interpreter and DDI Leadership Instructor. She has experience working with DiSC and Predictive Index profiles. In her workshops, she has used the methodologies of Patrick Lencioni’s Team facilitation framework. Kouzes and Posner’s Leadership Challenge framework, Kotter’s Change Management framework. She has experience administering 360 assessments and organizational engagement surveys.
