Jeremiah brings over 10 years of experience developing individuals (from students to business professionals and leaders) and teams in non-profit and for-profit organizations to maximize their leadership and organizational capacities. He utilizes a combination of strengths-based and experiential learning approaches to help individuals and teams achieve positive outcomes related to personal growth and performance by identifying, drawing out and developing their unique talents and attributes.
Jeremiah developed a wide breadth of practical leadership, managerial and operational competencies through a variety of roles. He has worked as a sailing instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), lead multiple international and domestic service learning trips for students, and held leadership and management roles in churches and small businesses.
