I bring 15 years of Human Resources expertise in leadership development, consulting, complex employee relations issues, responding to EEOC charges, and workforce training. This combination of experience with my own strengths enables me to have a unique perspective of the needs of managers and teams who experience challenges in hiring talent, retention, absenteeism, low productivity, lack of rewards and recognition programs, ineffective performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
