Shantanu has over 25 years of experience in the Technology industry. Five years ago he founded Ozone Education Consultants with a view to increasing employability of professionals and students. Till date he has mentored close to 12,000 students and trained/coached/mentored around 1,000 professionals.
The focus areas of Ozone for professionals has been largely in helping them develop a more Outward facing or
Outside In approach as opposed to an Inward or
Inside Out Approach. This would include leveraging one’s strengths for better customer interfaces, value creation, managing change and conflicts. Ozone’s Clients include Top Indian IT companies, Global clients, manufacturing majors and Public sector companies.
The focus area for students has been in developing a more wholesome approach and the confidence to leverage one’s strengths to make the transition from campuses to working life.

Shantanu is a B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and is a British Chevening Scholar from the Leeds’s University UK. He has worked in leading IT companies such as the HCL Group and Tech Mahindra in various leadership roles in the areas of Large Deals, Sales, Client Partner etc. He has managed large teams having more than 200 professionals reporting to him. He has also been actively involved in recruiting and mentoring high performance teams.
