Linda is an experienced and qualified HR professional with over twenty years’ business experience. Linda developed a coaching approach as an internal HR business consultant and is consistently acknowledged and respected for her professionalism, discretion and integrity.
With a passion for enabling others to identify, develop and market their strengths, Linda has an empathetic and pragmatic approach to both individual coaching and programme facilitation and has been working as a consultant trainer and coach since 2011.
Linda is experienced in developing and delivering leadership and team development initiatives for recognized global organizations in the UK and internationally. She enjoys working with leaders, teams and individuals to develop self-awareness, build engagement and increase performance.
As a coach, Linda listens intently to what is important to her clients and uses her relationship-building strengths to build secure and trustful relationships in which clients can fully explore their talents and strengths and aim them intentionally towards their goals.
Linda’s ‘Discipline’ strength drives her to be organized and fully prepared and also brings structure to coaching discussions or training facilitation.
A keen learner, Linda enjoys developing her skills and knowledge in relevant topics and uses her ‘Input’ strength to gather information and ideas to support her training and coaching practice.
Linda has a background in human resources management where she operated at a senior level within the premium brand automotive sector for over twenty years. She is CIPD and BPS qualified as well as being certified by Gallup as a Strengths Coach and by OPP as an MBTI (Steps I and II) and FIRO-B practitioner.
