Karen is a Coach, Learning and Organisation Development (OD) Consultant and Facilitator. She has over 18 years of experience working with different organisational levels; creating, promoting, and delivering training solutions and interventions designed to support an organisation’s business needs.
Before becoming an independent coach, OD consultant and facilitator in 2015, Karen served as Vice President of the Talent & Organisation Development Division of a banking organisation. She has experience as a Talent & OD consultant to business units, and has successfully designed, delivered and managed leadership and professional development programmes, and core training programmes for new hires and high potentials. She was the first certified in-house Strengths Performance Coach in the bank; coaching senior managers, facilitating Strengths workshops and Strengths-based team sessions.
Apart from StrengthsFinder, Karen is also certified to use various psychometric instruments including the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation (FIRO-B), Hogan and SHL assessments. She has obtained Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA) from Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). She is also a certified and experienced Action Learning Coach.
